Casino Offers and Instant Reward Certificates must be used in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Complimentary Stateroom Casino Offers and Complimentary Instant Certificate Rewards are valid for redemption on Royal Caribbean International for one (1) complimentary cruise fare only stateroom, including complimentary dining venues and entertainment for the qualified player in this communication (the “Recipient”) and one (1) guest, based on double occupancy, based on the ship(s), sail date(s) and itineraries (the Qualifying Sailings”) offered in the stateroom category(ies) on the email and/or in home invitation and/or Instant Reward Certificate, unless the Recipient instead elects to apply the trade in value, listed on the communication, to the purchase of a sailing not offered on the Qualified Sailings. This offer is not combinable with any other offers and is valid for Qualifying Sailing, subject to availability, within the “booked by” and “sail by date” restrictions. Additional upgrades on combined casino offers will be subject to the cruise fare difference between the one (1) category combined upgraded stateroom price and the stateroom price selected to be berthed in. Recipients may choose to accept a lower category stateroom on Qualified Sailings but shall forfeit any value between the offer and the value of the lower category.  All port expenses, taxes and fees and online booking fee, if applicable, must be paid in full in order to receive a stateroom confirmation.  All complimentary Stateroom Casino Offers and complimentary Instant Reward Certificates are nontransferable, not combinable with any other casino offers, discounts, special offers or promotions or Crown and Anchor offers and cannot be applied as credit toward reservation costs, such as taxes, fees and port expenses, online booking fees, if applicable, upgrades, additional guests, etc. and cannot be applied to any shipboard expenses. Recipients receiving the offer must sail in the redeemed stateroom.  These offers are nonrefundable and not replaceable if lost or stolen, altered, photocopied or reproduced in any manner.

This offer is valid for a discounted cruise fare to the qualified player named in this communication (the “Recipient”) and (1) guest, double occupancy. This offer is not combinable with in-market offers, other than casino, and is valid for any sailing, subject to availability, within the “booked by” and “sail by date” restrictions.  The Recipient may choose either the dollars off or the free play promotion as an added value to this offer. The dollars off amount will be credited toward the purchase of the discounted cruise fare. Free play is redeemed onboard the ship, subject to terms and conditions. All charges, including but not limited to charges for airfare, gratuities, taxes or fees or any items not included in the standard cruise fare costs, are the responsibility of Recipient.

5. Dollars Off Instant Reward Certificates

This offer is valid for the dollars off value, listed on the certificate, toward the purchase of any cruise of your choice for the qualified player named in this communication (the “Recipient”) and (1) guest, double occupancy. This offer is combinable with in-market offers and other offers, and is valid for any sailing, subject to availability, within the “booked by” and “sail by date” restrictions located on the front of this certificate All charges, including but not limited to charges for airfare, gratuities, taxes or fees or any items not included in the standard cruise fare costs, are the responsibility of Recipient

6. All Casino Offers and Instant Reward Certificates are applicable to NEW bookings only made by residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Ireland and are not applicable to group bookings or charters. All sailings are subject to stateroom availability and casino capacity limits. All additional cruise fare, if applicable, online booking fee, if applicable, port expenses, taxes and fees must be paid in full in order to receive a stateroom confirmation.  All additional items added to the reservation are subject to Royal Caribbean’s Deposit and Cancellation policy located in our brochures, ticket contract and at www.royalcaribbean.com/gbr/en/?country=GBR.  If reservations are made within the time period when a penalty applies, per the ticket contract, any changes or cancellations may result in a forfeit of the Cruise Certificate.  Travel Protection is strongly advised.  

7. Royal Caribbean has the right to restrict available sail dates included on any Casino Offer or Instant Reward Certificate if deemed at casino capacity to ensure a superior and memorable guest experience.

8. All Casino Offers and Instant Reward Certificates are nontransferable, cannot be sold or reassigned, have no cash value except trade in value or dollars off offers, and must be redeemed based on the advertised “book by” date and “sail by” dates on the promotional communication or certificate.    

9. All Casino Offers and Instant Reward Certificates are applicable to qualified players, with verifiable ratings, named on the communication (the “Recipient”), must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to redeem and are required to be booked as the primary guest in the reservation in order to sail. Any Recipient who fails to check in at the pier will forfeit the complimentary cruise fare, trade in value or dollars off credit and the remaining guests sailing in that stateroom are subject to pay the prevailing rates for the stateroom at the time of embarkation.

10. Free Play may be redeemed for slot credits and/or promotional table game chips to the awarded recipient. Slot credit promotional value will be credited to the Recipient’s Sea Pass account. Promotional slot credit have no cash value and may not be cashed out on specific machines and Recipient may be required to play the downloaded credits in their entirety. Any cashable winnings may be cashed out or played. Table game promotional chips may be issued at the Cashiers Desk with Recipient’s Sea Pass card. Chip denomination is subject to availability. Promotional table game chips are not transferable, not redeemable for cash or onboard credit, for casino game-play only and may not be bartered, sold, transferred, assigned, or gifted. Table game promotional chips are not allowed on contra betting on Roulette, Craps, and Baccarat games. Promotional chips stay in play until losing hand.  Winning wager will be paid in value table game chips.  All promotional free play must be used by the final night of the cruise. 11. Any tax liability, including disclosure, in connection with this award, is the sole responsibility of the qualified Recipient.

13. RCL reserves the right to substitute ports, change itineraries or substitute vessels on all itineraries as more specifically provided in the RCL’s Ticket Contract and brochures.    

14. The provisions of RCL’s Ticket Contract (copies of which are available online at www.royalcaribbean.com) are hereby incorporated by reference.

15.
