Like the Errai, which blends Patron Silver tequila and strawberry puree with Domaine Chandon and a sprinkle of black pepper. Or the Lodestar, a refreshing mix of Belvedere pink grapefruit vodka and melon liqueur topped with sparkling wine. If you prefer classic, spirit-forward cocktails, try the Dark N’ Stormy, made in the traditional style with Gosling’s dark rum, fresh lime and ginger beer. Or go for the Manhattan, made by cooling Maker’s Mark bourbon over ice and then pouring it into a vermouth-misted glass.
