How do I get credit for past cruises that have not been posted to my Crown & Anchor® membership?

As a Crown & Anchor member, your tier status is determined by the number of cruise vacations you have taken. To receive cruise points, please contact Crown & Anchor customer service at (800) 526-9723. If you are outside the U.S. and Canada, please call (541) 285-9723. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.

When you reach out, please have information about your previous cruise(s) ready, including ship name(s), sail date(s), and booking number(s). We require proof of sailing to add cruise points to your account.

Requests to add missing cruise points may be submitted up to 12 months after the debarkation date of your sailing. Requests made beyond this period will not be honored.
