How do I view my Crown & Anchor Society points and status?

Crown & Anchor Society members can view their points and tier benefits on the Royal Caribbean App or online on your Guest Account page.
If your loyalty information is not listed, add your member number on either the Dashboard screen or within Settings. If you still do not see your loyalty details, email guestaccounthelp@rccl.com for assistance.
