When you are paying for your booking, once you insert your credit card information you can tick the below box to allow you to save the credit card information to schedule up to 10 payments. If you have already created a booking, you can visit Manage My Cruise and add schedule payments.
No, you can only save one credit card to schedule your payments. You do have the option to change the credit card information afterwards in Manage My Cruise. That new credit card will be used for all scheduled payments in the future.
Yes, you can choose different amounts per payment, up to 10 payments. The final payment amount cannot be changed and is dependent on the final amount remaining.
You will received an email reminder the day before that a scheduled payment will be made the next day. Another email will be sent the day the payment is charged.
You can view the scheduled payments you have made in the initial email sent to you that scheduled payments have been created or through Manage My Cruise.
Yes, to change the Monthly payment date once you booking has been created, please visit Manage My Cruise to proceed with updates. The final payment date cannot be passed the final payment due date listed in your Booking Confirmation.
To change the information of the card you originally used to place your scheduled payments, please visit Manage My Cruise to proceed with updates.
To canceled your scheduled payments, please visit Manage My Cruise. Any payments scheduled after the date you cancelled the scheduled payments will not be processed. Booking must be paid in full by the final payment date on your booking manually through manage my cruise.
There is no additional charge to use Scheduled payments from Royal Caribbean®.
If you cancel your cruise, no additional scheduled payment will be made to your credit card. Cancellation policy do apply when you cancel your cruise.
