Braving the region’s tallest waterslides, or having the best views on the island from up to 450 feet above ground on a helium balloon will give you all the feels. You can grab a drink from the swim-up bar at Oasis Lagoon, the largest freshwater pool in The Bahamas, or add a splash of Bali to your getaway in one of 20 private floating cabanas tucked away on the island. Perfect Day at CocoCay is the ideal place for families, and the excitement starts the moment you step foot on the island. At the dynamic arrivals plaza, kids will get soaked by water cannons on the shipwrecked Captain Jill’s Galleon, and will love splashing around at Sprayaway Geyser, which shoots water up to 100 feet in the air. Meanwhile, at Captain Jack’s, the island hangout and meet-up spot, guests can grab a drink at the rowboat bar and enjoy waterfront views or chow down on chicken wings and crispy steak fries–the house specialty.

Adventure seekers of all ages can book it to Thrill Waterpark, where a lineup of action-packed activities await. Here you’ll find two brag-worthy water towers, Daredevil’s Tower and Splash Summit, offering a mind-blowing 13 slides combined—the most slides found in any waterpark in the Caribbean. Push your limits on seven different slides at Daredevil’s Tower—including Dueling Demons, twin slides for jaw-dropping drops and the high-speed, fully vertical Screeching Serpent. Traveling with a squad? Share an adrenaline rush at Splash Summit, where you’ll find six multi-rider slides, including The Twister, a winding tube slide for two; The Slingshot, a zero-gravity slide for four; and four-lane Splash Speedway racers. Plus, you won’t want to miss the Caribbean’s largest wave pool.
Looking for some classic fun? Check out South Beach for exciting, physical activities like volleyball, beachside basketball and paddle boarding. After working up an appetite, grab a bite at the Snack Shack or wade out to the floating bar and cool off with a drink. Beyond the beach, there are boat tours, snorkeling and wave runner excursions, as well as cabanas and daybeds to catch some shade. Add in beach bars with roaming bartenders, and you’ll never want to leave.
At Royal Caribbean’s largest Splashaway Bay yet, kids will have even more buckets of fun and enjoy fountains, swimming pools, and whirlpools–plus five waterslides and two massive drench buckets.
